Hi everybody,
Just wanted to give an update on today's visit to the specialist...
Two weeks ago, the fluid in the baby's head was above normal. They say 10 is the high end of the normal amount and she measured in having 12.5. They say that when it reaches 15, then they diagnose the baby with Hydrocephalus.
Today, Stewie measured in at having 12! So, it's a touch less than last time, but about the same amount... BUT she has grown quite a bit, so her head has gotten bigger, so that means there's more room in her head for her brain to grow and develop!!
She has a "beautifully perfect heart", as the tech said.... and she's quite the little wiggle worm!! She's never stayed still or cooperated very well during ultrasounds and today definitely wasn't an exception!! She loves to put on a show, that's for sure! =) She's absolutely beautiful and has big chubby cheeks!! =) I can't wait to meet her and hold her!! =)
Please continue to pray for us - especially Stewie. Our next appointment for the ultrasound is on December 29th.
Thank you so much for your prayers! You don't know how wonderful it is knowing that others care so much about our unborn child! You're such a blessing to have in our lives!
Love to you all,
Rachael, Robert, Mercedes and Stewie Adamis <3
In the first picture of the baby, she has her arms up by the sides of her head, just so you can picture how she is! =)
